Development
We’ve traveled the country to discover each region’s best fiddlers, top fiddle tunes, and favorite fiddle venues. We’re diving deep to uncover and develop the stories that will take you back to a time in these parts of America before radio, records, and digital streamers.
Research
While early field recorders documented dance music, the 20th ability to capture and amplify the voice through radio and recordings overshadowed this long-time tradition. We are working hard to find, recover, and restore what little has been captured to tell the true history regardless of the quality or shape the recording is in.
Gathering
Collecting archival video, photographs, and audio from families, universities, museums to restore, create screen-sized digital copies, and digitize. This involves careful packaging and shipping of content for cleaning, preparing, digitizing and coloring
Marketing
We are taking our research next step to showcase our story and attract financial support and production partners. This includes the photography, videography, editing shorts to create sizzle reels, pitch decks, grants, live show production, map making, branding, and merch creation and distribution.
Production
We need to feed the team creating the all the marketing materials needed to move this project from development into production. This includes photography, videography, editing shorts and sizzle reels, pitch decks, grant writing, live show production, map making, branding, and merch creation and distribution.
